Why are some audio messages missing? Sometimes technical reasons prevent us from creating audio for the site; and at other times the content may have copyrights which exclude Internet broadcast; or we may have privacy concerns for individuals in the broadcast.
A service not on our website may be available on CD from the Audio/Visual ministry - check with the office or at the Information Desk in the lobby.
When will audio of a message be available on the site? Most of the time the audio is available on the afternoon of the message. However, our site is supported by valued volunteers who from time to time are not available to do the upload, or simply have technical issues connecting to the site. The goal for everyone in the web ministry is to make the audio available as soon as is reasonably possible.
When I click a link to an audio or video file on a webpage, the file doesn't play unless I right-click the link, click Save target as, and then save it to my desktop. How can I avoid this?
If you are prompted to save the target file, Windows Media Player might not be configured to automatically play that particular file type (for example, .mp3 or .m3u).
You might be able to resolve the problem by changing your default program settings. For more information, see Microsoft.com on how to choose your default player for a file type.
