*Mark Stecher, a friend of MCC, launched the OneCity Foundation in 2004 to bring together churches, ministries, donors, organizations and individuals from all over Cincinnati to help lead change in our city. Prior to OneCity, Mark spent 11 years at Procter and Gamble, started several companies, and then served as associate pastor at the Vineyard for seven years. Mark graducated from the University of Illinois. He lives in Cincinnati with his wife Laurie.  We are pleased that Mark will be back to speak to us again, and look forward to meeting Laurie.

**Doug Howe – For the past 20 years, Doug Howe has delivered presentations for corporate, educational, motivational and inspirational events. Doug also works with schools, Teen Challenge, and Young Life. Doug launched The Howe Team to provide Executive Coaching, Motivational Speaking, Management Consulting and Innovative Leadership to help others. He is also working on developing a new non-profit initiative to influence cultural worldviews and help those in need. Originally from Southern California, Doug, his wife Denise, and four children now live in Cincinnati. We all look forward to another inspiring message from Doug!
