Help those in need this holiday. Here are a number of ways you can help through MEAC: Adopt a family! There's still time to bless a needy family this year. There are 30 more families who need adoption. Food Pantry needs regular sized paper towels and toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, small sizes of laundry detergent, and chicken noodle soup.
Feed-n-Seed weekly suppers need aluminum foil and disposable dinnerware and paper products. Clothes are always in need! Contact the center for the most urgent needs.
The previous information was provided from MEAC's December Update. Madisonville Education and Assistance Center provides vital assistance, mainly to the 45227 zip code, so that area residents in need will become self-sufficient one household at a time. If you can help, please contact MEAC directly. They check messages frequently. Please feel free to leave a message. If you need to reach the Director right away, please email her at meac.dorcas@fuse.net. MEAC also lists needs for clothing, the pantry, and volunteers. There are many needs and many ways to contribute from your resources, time, skills or talent. Visit the MEAC website for more information. |
